Run Doctor after installing or exporting plugins, or before relying on a capability provider:

With no plugin ref, Doctor checks CLI/SDK versions, readable personal and workspace install ledgers, and AgentRig-owned provider configuration. With a canonical registry ref it additionally resolves and validates:

• registry availability and Agent Plugins v1 manifest validity
• plugin dependency and required/optional capability closure
• trust and installability of selected capability providers
• stale provider verification metadata and provider compatibility
• provider-native export paths, MCP configuration, required environment variables, and installed target ownership

Options and status

• --provider <codex|claude-code|cursor> - check one provider target.
• --cwd <path> - working directory and workspace-ledger root.
• --json - emit the stable Doctor JSON report.

Doctor exits non-zero when a required check fails. Warnings, including stale verification or unresolved optional capabilities, remain visible without being reported as successful checks.
